Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10/22/2026
The BOL Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates thebolgroup.org (the “Site”). This page explains what information we receive from visitors to the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect and How We Use It
The Site has no sign-up, no accounts, no contact forms and no newsletter. We only receive personal information when you choose to give it to us:
- Email. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we keep correspondence only as long as needed for those purposes.
- Consultation bookings. Free and paid consultations are booked on Cal.com, which collects the details you enter (such as your name, email and meeting notes) and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.
- Payments. Strategy Sessions (our paid consultations) are paid through a secure Stripe payment link. Stripe collects and processes your payment details; we receive confirmation of the payment (such as your name, email and amount paid) but never see or store your full card number.
Log Data and Analytics
Like most websites, the Site receives information your browser sends automatically (“Log Data”). We use Google Analytics 4 to turn it into visit statistics, such as which pages are read, how long visitors stay, the type of browser and device used, the general location (country or city), and which website or social network referred the visit (for example LinkedIn or X).
Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We use these statistics only in summary form, to understand which content is useful and to improve the Site, never to identify individual visitors.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. The Site uses Google Analytics cookies (names starting with _ga) to tell new visits from returning ones. The Site also saves your light/dark theme choice in your browser's local storage; it stays on your device and is never sent to us.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (opens in a new tab). Every part of the Site keeps working if you do.
Third-Party Services
The Site relies on these providers, each with its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics (visit statistics), by Google LLC.
- Cal.com (consultation scheduling).
- Stripe (payment processing for paid consultations).
- Cloudflare (website hosting and security), which processes technical request data to deliver the Site and protect it from attacks.
Links on the Site to other websites, such as our social media profiles, are governed by those websites' own policies.
We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Security
The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we limit who can access the information we receive. However, no method of sending or storing data over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to not be treated differently for using these rights. Because we don't sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of. To make a request, contact us; we may ask you to confirm your identity first. We extend the same courtesy to visitors in every state.
Children's Privacy
The Site is meant for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change. If we make a material change, we will post a prominent notice on the Site.
